The secret from MundenThe secret from Munden

Lumen city. Some years ago. Meet an old man, named Allis. He was around 80 and all his life he had been considered a lonely, but calm man. But some people thought he was a wise man. He lived in a modest wood house, at the edge of the city, in a red light, where people seldom walked on streets.
Every day, the old man used to go to the nearby market and sell apples. He was having the same customers for some years, costumers that had always praised the things he offered to them. He used to tell stories to every client he had, and they had to find out what was the hidden thing in it.

I wouldI would run. I would run a kilometer. I would run two kilometers.
I would run… a thousand kilometers.
Then, I would stop.
I would look at the sky. I would cry.
I would keep running. I would run thirty meters.
I would stop again. I would grip a branch. I would laugh. I would laugh a lot.
I would scream. Of happiness.

Then I would fly. I would feel the wind on my face, caressing me.
I would fly so fast that I would be left without clothes.
I would let my naked body be surrounded by spring flowers.
I would fly faster and faster. I would close my eyes.

I would come back on Earth.
Then I would open my eyes.
I would lay

Vision (3):
Good use of the skyline, the body of water and the tree for foreground interest.

Originality (2.5):
There are a of silhouette photos out there, personally I really like them, but there are still a lot of them; As above though with the use of foreground interest.

Technique (3):
Overall there are good colours shown in the photo, but there is over-exposure towards the middle of the sky; perhaps a shorter exposure or or by changing the exposure value (EV).

Impact (3.5):
You have captured some really beautiful colours, I'd like to see more of the blue/purple towards the top right of the frame.

Perfect timing. I know what you mean with " discovered " because probably the shy did look not quite as dark for your eye as it is on the photo.
Most so called night photos, certainly most of the really good ones are taken at dusk or dawn. ;)

However, I know you can do so much better composition wise.
